AngioDynamics Sets Fiscal 2027 Sales Outlook at $336 Million to $341 Million
Eric Honroth will become president and CEO effective Nov. 2, while Med Tech growth offsets flat Med Devices revenue expectations.

AngioDynamics set a fiscal 2027 sales outlook of $336 million to $341 million as Eric Honroth prepares to become president and CEO effective Nov. 2.
Med Tech is expected to be the company’s main growth area, supported by double-digit revenue increases, NanoKnife disposables and the AlphaVac mechanical-thrombectomy product. Revenue from Med Devices is expected to remain flat.
AngioDynamics expects higher gross margins in the first half of fiscal 2027, supported in part by tariff refunds. The company continues to monitor tariff-related risks.
Honroth’s priorities will include executing the Med Tech strategy, reaching clinical-trial milestones and advancing ongoing strategic initiatives.
The company previously posted fiscal first-quarter revenue of $80.92 million, up 6.9% from a year earlier, in its latest quarterly results.
