Ondo Expands Tokenized U.S. Stocks and ETF Distribution Across Europe
Assetera’s platform initially lists more than 100 assets for eligible investors in all 30 European Economic Area countries, with more than 450 expected by the fourth quarter of 2026.

Assetera is expanding access to Ondo Finance’s tokenized U.S. stocks and exchange-traded funds across all 30 European Economic Area countries, widening distribution for eligible non-U.S. investors through a regulated platform.
Assetera announced the expansion Oct. 7 in Vienna through its Austrian platform, which operates under an Austrian Financial Market Authority license and the European Union’s Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II framework. More than 100 assets are initially listed, with the catalog expected to exceed 450 during the fourth quarter of 2026.
Ondo Global Markets (BVI) Limited issues the tokens, while Assetera distributes them. Each token is backed by the corresponding stock or exchange-traded fund held with a U.S.-registered broker-dealer, and an independent verification agent reviews the collateral daily.
Investors who complete Ondo’s onboarding process can mint and redeem the tokens directly against the underlying collateral 24 hours a day, five days a week across the catalog. The most heavily traded assets are available around the clock.
“Expanding access to Ondo Stocks across Europe is an important step in bringing global capital markets onchain,” said Oya Celiktemur, sales director, EMEA, at Ondo Finance.
The arrangement does not make the products available to U.S. persons. Access remains limited to eligible investors outside the United States and is subject to applicable jurisdictional rules.
Ondo Stocks has surpassed $1 billion in total value locked and processed more than $27 billion in cumulative trading volume since launching in September 2025.
“European investors want exposure to US equities, and until now the regulated routes to it have been narrow,” said Thomas Labenbacher, chief executive officer of Assetera.
The European arrangement separates issuance from distribution. Ondo manages the products’ minting and redemption, while Assetera provides the regulated platform and distribution channel.
Ondo has separately announced U.S. tokenized-securities initiatives through its broker-dealer subsidiary, Oasis Pro Markets. Those initiatives are distinct from the European distribution arrangement announced by Assetera.
