Strategy Sets Oct. 29 Date for Quarterly Bitcoin Treasury Update

Strategy will release its third-quarter 2026 financial results on Oct. 29, providing its next quarterly disclosure on Bitcoin holdings and financial performance.

The company will publish the results after U.S. financial markets close and host a live webinar at 5 p.m. ET (9 p.m. UTC). The event will be available through Zoom, X and YouTube.

The results will cover the quarter ended Sept. 30. Strategy has not disclosed its Bitcoin balance at quarter-end, third-quarter earnings, financing activity or other financial results.

An archived replay of the webinar will be posted to Strategy’s investor-relations website about two hours after the event ends.

Strategy’s previous quarterly results listed 843,775 Bitcoin (BTC) held as of July 26, 2026. The Oct. 29 release will provide the company’s next scheduled update on whether that balance changed during the third quarter and will add the period’s financial results.
