CleanSpark Mined 529 Bitcoin in September After $2.276 Billion Debt Deal
The miner held 13,530 BTC at month-end and will replace monthly operating updates with quarterly reports.

CleanSpark mined 529 Bitcoin (BTC) in September 2026 and held 13,530 BTC at month-end after completing a previously announced $2.276 billion senior secured note offering.
The company will use the financing to cover remaining construction costs at its Sandersville data center, reimburse certain prior equity contributions and establish debt-service reserves. CleanSpark had signed a 20-year lease valued at $6.6 billion for the project.
The senior secured notes mature in 2031 and carry a 7.875% annual interest rate. CleanSpark completed the $2.276 billion senior secured note offering through the financing.
The September 2026 operating figures were unaudited. CleanSpark will move to quarterly operating updates aligned with the energy and data-center industries and discontinue its monthly releases.
