PNC Plans $1.25 Billion Redemption of Fixed-to-Floating Notes
The redemption covers all outstanding 6.615% fixed-to-floating-rate senior notes, one year before their scheduled maturity.

The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. plans to call its $1.25 billion issue of 6.615% fixed-to-floating-rate senior notes on Oct. 20, 2026.
The redemption will occur one year before the notes’ scheduled maturity on Oct. 20, 2027. The notes are senior debt obligations issued by the U.S. financial services company.
The redemption price will include 100% of the notes’ principal amount plus an additional amount. The redemption is scheduled for Oct. 20.
