Hexa Creation has secured exclusive rights to university-owned intellectual property underpinning a high-voltage gallium nitride platform.
XMax is positioning the acquisition around the infrastructure needed for growing AI-related power demand. The company’s targeted applications include power systems for AI data centers, charging equipment for electric vehicles and energy-storage systems.
