Samsung Electronics plans to integrate Solana-based USDC transfers into Samsung Wallet by the end of October, bringing stablecoin payments to users across its Galaxy device ecosystem.

The integration is designed to let users send USDC over Solana’s network with faster settlement and lower transaction costs. The companies’ planned rollout would connect Samsung Wallet with a blockchain payment system built for high-volume digital transactions.

USDC is a stablecoin used for digital payments and transfers. Adding support within Samsung’s wallet could make those transactions more accessible to consumers who already use Galaxy devices, while expanding Solana’s reach beyond crypto-native applications.

The partnership builds on Samsung’s previous work exploring blockchain technology and integrating digital-asset features into its products. The USDC transfer function is expected to become available at the end of October.
