CleanSpark Secures $2.276 Billion To Expand Sandersville Data Center
The bitcoin miner holds 13,530 BTC after selling 702 coins in September and plans to replace monthly mining updates with quarterly disclosures.

CleanSpark secured $2.276 billion in financing to expand its Sandersville data center, a project the company said will be fully funded through completion.
The financing is tied to lease agreements expected to generate about $6.6 billion in contract revenue. The financing will cover the project’s construction through completion.
CleanSpark held 13,530 Bitcoin (BTC) after September operations. The company mined 529 BTC and sold 702 BTC during the month. Of the coins sold, 700 were delivered through exercised call options and two were sold in the spot market.
Its average operating hashrate was 36 EH/s, and its contracted power capacity was 1.8 gigawatts. Its treasury also included 3,475 BTC recorded as collateral for derivatives trading or as receivables.
As CleanSpark expands beyond Bitcoin mining, it will stop publishing monthly mining updates and move to quarterly disclosures.
