The company acquired 334 BTC and repurchased $176 million of STRC, a preferred stock issued by Strategy. The transactions were included in the company’s latest reported holdings and capital activity.
Strategy’s Bitcoin treasury remains central to how investors assess its Nasdaq-listed MSTR common stock. The company’s crypto holdings and financing activity affect the assets and securities associated with its capital structure, but Bitcoin holdings do not represent the same instrument as MSTR shares.
The company’s press archive lists Oct. 8 as the date of its next third-quarter 2026 earnings release announcement. That entry identifies the announcement date, not necessarily the date on which the earnings release itself was issued.
