Strategy held 848,000 Bitcoin (BTC) after its latest confirmed purchase, while Michael Saylor’s Oct. 11 post suggested the company may add to its holdings.

“There’s always room for more orange,” Saylor, Strategy’s founder and executive chairman, wrote on X alongside a chart showing the company’s Bitcoin holdings.

The post did not confirm that Strategy had bought additional Bitcoin, and it provided no purchase amount or timetable. The company’s latest confirmed transaction was a purchase of 334 BTC on Oct. 5 at an average price of $85,839 per coin.

That purchase brought Strategy’s holdings to 848,000 BTC. Strategy’s average acquisition price across its holdings was $75,441 per coin.

The company’s Bitcoin reserve represented 4.04% of the cryptocurrency’s total supply. The dashboard data were updated Oct. 8 at 10:34 a.m. ET (14:34 UTC).

The company also disclosed $176 million in repurchases of STRC preferred shares.

Any future purchase would need confirmation through a company filing, announcement or updated Bitcoin ledger.
