Hims & Hers Launches Hers Women’s-Health Platform in Australia
The platform offers weight management, hair regrowth, menopause and perimenopause care after Juniper’s rebranding.

Hims & Hers Health introduced its women-focused Hers service across Australia on Oct. 12, completing the broader rebranding of Eucalyptus’ local digital-health businesses as the company expands beyond the U.S.
Hers offers services for weight management, hair regrowth, menopause and perimenopause. The platform also provides access to a 24/7 care team, lets users request female practitioners and includes a community of more than 27,000 women.
Hims & Hers shares closed at $30.64 at 4 p.m. ET (20:00 UTC), down $0.28, or 0.91%, from the previous session. The stock had risen 10% Friday to close at $30.92.
“Women in Australia deserve access to care that sees them as whole people, not just as symptoms to treat, and that meets them wherever they are,” Rebecca Holdt, vice president of product, international, said.
Hims & Hers completed its acquisition of Eucalyptus on June 2. Eucalyptus had served more than 850,000 customers as of May 2026 and had operations in Australia, the United Kingdom, Germany, Canada and Japan.
The acquisition had an accounting purchase price of $968.5 million. The consideration included $225 million paid upfront, $683.9 million in deferred payments and $59.6 million in contingent consideration.
The Australian launch follows the August rebranding of Eucalyptus’ men’s-health platform Pilot as Hims. The Juniper-to-Hers transition completes the broader Australian brand rollout.
Hims & Hers has identified additional operating investment, regulatory and licensing requirements, data-protection obligations and prescription-fulfillment challenges as risks associated with international expansion.
