Kamino’s new CEO, Michael Weisz, plans to expand the decentralized finance platform’s access through API connections and provide KMNO holders with more regular business updates.

Kamino aims to connect with asset managers and distribution platforms such as brokerages and exchanges. The effort would let users access Kamino’s lending and liquidity services through platforms they already use.

Weisz also outlined a public-company-style approach to communications with KMNO holders. Planned updates would cover team hiring, business partnerships, product upgrades, new assets added to the platform and developments involving partners.

The updates would also address challenges facing the team.

The plans put broader distribution and more regular communication with token holders at the center of Kamino’s next phase.
