Sprints Raises $810 Million for Fifth Venture Fund After Yearlong Raise
The European venture firm has deployed more than half of the fund across new companies and existing portfolio holdings.

Sprints, a European venture firm, closed its fifth fund at €725 million, or about $810 million, giving it fresh capital for new investments and existing portfolio companies.
More than half of the fund has already been deployed following a fundraising process that lasted about a year. Investors include endowments, foundations, pension funds and family offices.
Sprints invested early in Revolut and is the largest shareholder in Vinted, a secondhand marketplace. Its other holdings include flight-tracking company Flightradar24 and payments firm Checkout.com.
The firm also backed Fin, an artificial intelligence customer-service company that Salesforce acquired for $3.6 billion in 2026.
Sprints co-founder and Managing Partner Henrik Persson said the firm has not invested in foundational artificial intelligence companies because most have not yet developed business models.
