Upbit Flags Blur for Trading Caution, Suspends Deposits
The exchange cited concerns about Blur’s business authenticity and sustainability. A review will run through Oct. 30 and could end trading support.

Upbit designated Blur (BLUR) as a trading-caution asset and suspended deposits Tuesday, citing concerns about the project’s business authenticity and sustainability.
The deposit suspension took effect at 2 a.m. ET (06:00 UTC) on Oct. 13 and applies to the BLUR/KRW and BLUR/BTC trading pairs. Deposits sent after the cutoff may not be credited or recoverable.
Upbit’s caution designation will remain under review from Oct. 13 through the fifth week of October, which runs from Oct. 26-30. The exchange will assess the issue under its delisting policy during that period.
If the reasons for the designation are not resolved, Upbit may ultimately terminate trading support for BLUR.
