Upbit Suspends Blur Deposits After Flagging Token for Review
The South Korean exchange halted BLUR deposits at 2 a.m. ET Tuesday and is reviewing whether to maintain trading support through the week of Oct. 26–30.

Upbit designated Blur (BLUR) as an investment-warning asset and suspended BLUR deposits at 2 a.m. ET (06:00 UTC) Tuesday, opening a review that could end trading support for the token.
The action applies to the BLUR/KRW and BLUR/BTC trading pairs on the South Korean exchange. Deposits sent after the suspension time may not be credited and cannot be recovered, Upbit warned.
Upbit said Blur fell short on business substance and sustainability under its digital-asset listing review standards, creating a potential risk of harm to users. The exchange will review the designation under its delisting policy from Oct. 13 through the week of Oct. 26–30.
If the reasons for the warning are not resolved, Upbit may terminate support for BLUR after the review.
