Bybit Launches Direct Trading in More Than 1,000 U.S. Stocks
The exchange plans to add stock-backed collateral, lending and transfers from brokers including Futu and Moomoo.

Bybit has launched Bybit Direct Stock, allowing users to directly own and trade more than 1,000 real U.S. stocks through the crypto exchange’s platform.
Bybit CEO Ben Zhou announced the service during a global keynote Tuesday. The stock assets will be held in users’ Unified Trading Accounts, or UTAs, alongside their other platform assets.
The exchange also outlined three planned additions: using stocks as trading collateral, offering stock lending and accepting transfers from brokerage accounts held with Futu and Moomoo.
The launch expands Bybit’s platform beyond crypto trading into direct access to U.S. equities. The planned features would connect those holdings with borrowing, collateral and custody functions inside the exchange, although the materials did not provide launch dates for the additions.
