Johnson & Johnson’s U.S. sales rose 9.1% year over year in the third quarter as growth in its innovative-medicine business helped offset weaker Stelara sales.
Revenue reached $25.4 billion, up 5.8% from a year earlier and in line with expectations. Non-GAAP earnings per share came to $2.59, exceeding expectations by 6 cents.
The company also raised its 2026 reported-sales outlook to $101.2 billion at the midpoint. The updated forecast represents 7.4% growth.
Johnson & Johnson maintained its quarterly dividend at $1.34 per share. The dividend amount was unchanged from the previous distribution.
The results build on Johnson & Johnson’s latest sales and earnings update, which also covered the company’s higher 2026 sales outlook.
