Horizon Space Acquisition I Corp. and ArcheNova Biotech said Tuesday they had entered into a definitive business combination agreement that would create ArcheNova Technology and bring the combined company to Nasdaq.
The proposed transaction would establish ArcheNova Technology as the new company formed through the combination. The combined company would be listed on Nasdaq.
