Fermi Inc. (FRMI) shares jumped 12.9% in premarket trading Tuesday after the company signed a credit-support agreement with AMD covering the lease for Phase 1 of Project Matador in Texas.

Project Matador is an energy and artificial intelligence facility. The credit-support deal covers Fermi’s lease for Phase 1 of Project Matador.
