Rain Launches Embedded Wallet Across 12 Blockchain Networks
The noncustodial wallet lets partners offer payments, transfers, savings and collections inside their applications, with custodial wallets and balance-yield features planned before year-end.

Rain has launched a noncustodial wallet that partners can embed in their applications, allowing users to make payments, transfer funds, save balances and receive collections across 12 blockchain networks.
The wallet supports Arbitrum, Avalanche, Base, BNB Smart Chain, Celo, Ethereum, Monad, Plasma, Optimism, Polygon, Solana and ZKsync. Partners can make the wallet available within their own products rather than requiring users to manage a separate application.
Wallet balances connect with Rain’s cards, virtual accounts, fiat on- and off-ramps and global payments services. Users can spend those balances through Rain-issued cards and access the wallet with passkeys, email or phone verification codes.
Custodial wallets and balance-yield features are planned for release before year-end. The current launch provides a noncustodial setup, in which users retain control of their wallet assets.
Separately, Rain filed an application Oct. 5 to establish a national trust bank headquartered in New York for institutional digital-asset custody and stablecoin services. The proposed bank is part of Rain’s effort to establish a U.S. banking structure.
