Berkshire Hathaway plans to invest another $330 million in Bending Spoons, a Nasdaq-listed Italian technology company, raising its stake to about 4% if the pending transaction closes.

The planned private placement covers 10 million common shares at $33 each. Berkshire previously invested $600 million when Bending Spoons went public in July 2026.

Bending Spoons acquires digital products and changes how they operate. Its brands include Evernote, WeTransfer and Vimeo.

The transaction has not closed and remains subject to customary closing conditions. Bending Spoons plans to provide additional details in a Form 6-K filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
