EasyA Targets First-Half 2027 Direct Listing at $1.1 Billion Valuation
The developer platform has confidentially submitted a draft registration statement and wants tokenized shares available on its first day of trading.

EasyA is targeting a direct listing in the first half of 2027 after receiving an independent $1.1 billion valuation, with the developer platform aiming to make shares available onchain from the first day of trading.
In a direct listing, existing shareholders can sell shares to public investors without the company raising money through an IPO. EasyA has confidentially submitted a draft Form F-1 registration statement to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The proposed listing depends on SEC review, market conditions and other requirements.
The $1.1 billion figure is an independent valuation, not a public-market share price. EasyA co-founder and CEO Philip Kwok said the assessment considered audited financial statements, operating performance, growth plans and comparisons with public companies.
EasyA co-founder and COO Dominic Kwok said tokenized shares are on the company’s roadmap. The company has not specified how they would be issued or traded, which blockchain they would use, or their transfer rights.
EasyA describes its platform as helping people build with blockchain and artificial intelligence tools. EasyA says 1,321,532 people have joined its platform and names Ripple, Google and Amazon Web Services as partners. The company is targeting the first half of 2027 and has not established a specific trading date.
