Evernorth plans to begin deploying XRP from its 473 million XRP treasury through institutional strategies in the fourth quarter of 2026, naming Ripple, Kraken, Coinbase and BitGo as its first execution partners.

The company announced the partnerships Oct. 14 and described the effort as phased. It did not specify allocations to the partners or detail the strategies.

Evernorth completed its business combination with Armada Acquisition Corp. II on Oct. 9. The company began trading on Nasdaq under the ticker XRPN on Oct. 12.

An earlier Securities and Exchange Commission registration statement projected at least 473,276,430 XRP at closing. That was a pre-closing projection; Evernorth’s Oct. 14 announcement described its treasury as 473 million XRP.

Evernorth founder and CEO Asheesh Birla said, “We’re putting our treasury to work.” The company expects the institutional strategies to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026.
