Enovix posted preliminary third-quarter revenue of about $11 million, up 38% year over year and above its guidance range, while reporting a GAAP net loss of about 19 cents per share.

The battery maker’s revenue exceeded its prior outlook of $9 million to $10 million. The figures are preliminary and unaudited. Enovix’s update adds operating and cash figures to its earlier preliminary revenue outlook.

The company recorded a preliminary operating loss of about $39.3 million. Cash and cash equivalents stood at about $512 million as of Oct. 4.

Enovix’s pipeline of drone, defense and industrial customers grew 18% during the quarter to about $216 million. The figure reflects estimated peak annual production value; it does not represent orders, backlog or committed revenue.

Interim CEO Ryan Benton said Enovix is working to turn the pipeline into design wins, purchase orders and shipments. He said early fourth-quarter orders had already exceeded total third-quarter revenue.

Enovix expects to release full third-quarter results on or about Nov. 12, 2026, after completing its quarter-end closing procedures.
