Regions Financial Declares $0.3562 Quarterly Dividend on Series C Shares

The payment is scheduled for Nov. 16 for shareholders of record Nov. 2, which is also the ex-dividend date.

Regions Financial Corp. declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3562 per depositary share representing its Series C noncumulative perpetual preferred shares, with payment scheduled for Nov. 16.

Shareholders must be on record Nov. 2 to receive the dividend. The shares also go ex-dividend that day.

The payment is in line with the previous quarterly dividend.
