StandX has begun winding down, stopped all yield payments on Oct. 15 and ruled out issuing a token, giving users deadlines to reduce perpetual positions and withdraw DUSD.

The platform will distribute DUSD once with no lockup period. The payout will use remaining project revenue and additional team funding. Claims open Oct. 31, 2026, at 8 p.m. ET (Nov. 1 at 00:00 UTC) and close Dec. 31 at 3 a.m. ET (08:00 UTC).

Perpetual contracts switch to reduce-only mode on Oct. 20, so traders can shrink or close positions but cannot add to them. On Jan. 15, 2027, StandX will close all remaining open positions at their mark prices. DUSD redemptions and withdrawals end Jan. 31.

The shutdown is staged: yield payments stop first, trading is restricted before remaining contracts are closed, and DUSD withdrawal access remains open until Jan. 31. The schedule gives users separate deadlines for the airdrop, trading and withdrawals rather than one final date for all activity.
