Cohere, a Canadian artificial intelligence company, signed a letter of intent Thursday, Oct. 15, to acquire AISLE, a startup whose tools use AI to find and help fix software vulnerabilities.
The proposed acquisition would broaden Cohere’s cybersecurity capabilities. The letter outlines a planned deal; the transaction was not described as completed.
