Terex Maintains $0.17 Quarterly Dividend, Sets Dec. 18 Payment

Terex Corporation set its next quarterly payout at $0.17 per share after a board declaration Oct. 15, with distribution scheduled for Dec. 18 to shareholders recorded when business closes Nov. 9.

The payment matches the $0.17 quarterly dividend Terex announced in July, which was payable Sept. 18. The stock trades on the New York Stock Exchange under ticker TEX.
