Prologis Updates 2026 Core FFO Outlook to $6.25-$6.29 per Share

Prologis, Inc. posted third-quarter revenue of $2.39 billion, up 8.1% from a year earlier, while FFO reached $1.61 per share, beating estimates by 4 cents.

Revenue was $180 million above estimates. The company updated its 2026 Core FFO outlook to $6.25 to $6.29 per share, a range slightly above its previous outlook.

Prologis forecast average occupancy of 95.25% to 95.50% for 2026. It projected cash same-store net operating income (NOI) growth of 7% to 7.5%, and net effective same-store NOI growth of 5.5% to 6%.
