Add as a preferred source on GoogleWolfspeed and Infineon Extend SiC Deal to Add 200 mm Wafers
The existing agreement covered 150 mm silicon carbide wafers before the addition.
Wolfspeed and Infineon Technologies have expanded and extended their long-term silicon carbide wafer supply agreement, adding 200 mm wafers to an existing arrangement for 150 mm wafers.
The updated deal includes both wafer sizes.
