Nokia Transfers 2.14 Million Shares to Equity-Plan Participants
Nokia held 81,161,716 of its own shares after the transfer. The board-resolved program covers equity-plan deliveries through 2027 under authority granted by shareholders.

Nokia transferred 2,142,361 company-held shares to equity-plan participants on Thursday, Oct. 15, without payment, as part of a program covering share deliveries through 2027.
The transfer left the Finnish company holding 81,161,716 of its own shares. The 2025 share program covers Nokia’s employee share-purchase and long-term incentive plans and may also cover awards under Infinera’s 2016 Equity Incentive Plan.
Nokia’s board resolved on Oct. 2, 2025, to direct up to 120 million company-held shares toward equity-plan deliveries scheduled for 2025, 2026 and 2027. Shareholders had granted the authority for that resolution at the company’s annual meeting on Apr. 29, 2025.
