Polychain Leads Latest Seed Round in Uniform Labs’ $8 Million Raise
The Multiliquid developer plans to expand protocol development, add liquidity and trading partners, and grow tokenized cash and U.S. Treasury products.

Uniform Labs has raised $8 million across pre-seed and seed financing, with Polychain leading the latest seed round as the Multiliquid developer seeks to expand its tokenized asset settlement business.
The $8 million is the combined total for both financing stages; Polychain led the most recent seed round. Strobe Ventures, CMT Digital, Metalayer Ventures, Generative Ventures and Circle Ventures also participated.
Multiliquid lets institutions exchange tokenized assets and stablecoins in one atomic transaction. The platform is deployed on Ethereum and Solana, uses a noncustodial model and supports settlement based on net asset value (NAV).
Uniform Labs plans to expand its protocol development team and pursue partnerships with liquidity providers and trading platforms. It also aims to broaden tokenized cash and U.S. Treasury products across Ethereum Virtual Machine networks and Solana.
