The Georgia Department of Transportation selected Ferrovial-led Top End Mobility Group to deliver the I-285 East Express Lanes project in the greater Atlanta area. The project has an expected construction value of $8.9 billion.

The multi-phase program will add express lanes and other road improvements around Atlanta. The selection was made Thursday, Oct. 15.
