Cohen & Steers Posts $157.4 Million in Q3 GAAP Revenue
Adjusted diluted EPS was $0.89, while net inflows reached $1.6 billion for a fifth straight quarter of organic growth.

Cohen & Steers posted third-quarter 2026 revenue of $157.427 million, up about 11% from a year earlier, as higher average assets under management helped lift its top line. Adjusted diluted earnings were $0.89 per share for the quarter ended Sept. 30, compared with $0.81 a year earlier.
The investment manager’s GAAP diluted earnings were $0.81 per share, unchanged from the year-earlier quarter. Adjusted revenue, a non-GAAP measure, was $156.4 million. Adjusted results are supplemental measures used in internal management reports and do not replace results calculated under U.S. GAAP.
Net inflows reached $1.6 billion, marking Cohen & Steers’ fifth consecutive quarter of organic growth and its strongest quarterly inflows since the fourth quarter of 2021. The inflows added to assets during the quarter, while market depreciation and distributions reduced the period-end balance.
Assets under management (AUM) stood at $95.944 billion on Sept. 30, down from $100.099 billion on June 30, a 4.2% quarterly decline. Market depreciation of $5.073 billion and distributions of $632 million drove the decrease, partly offset by net inflows. Average AUM was $101.105 billion, up 2.1% from the second quarter.
Cohen & Steers focuses on real assets and alternative income and trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker CNS. Chief Executive Joseph M. Harvey said, “Demand for real assets is broadening as investors increasingly recognize their role in diversified portfolios.”
The company’s third-quarter results call is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 16, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. ET (14:00 to 15:00 UTC).
