IDACORP declared a $0.90-per-share quarterly dividend for Nov. 30, setting Nov. 5 as the record date after its board approved the higher payout in September.

The Oct. 15 declaration set the record and payment dates for the dividend at the new rate, approved Sept. 18. Shareholders of record on Nov. 5 are eligible for the payment.

The quarterly dividend increased from $0.88 to $0.90 per share, a rise of about 2.3%. At the new rate, the indicated annual dividend is $3.60 per share. IDACORP’s board has approved a dividend increase every year since 2011.

IDACORP is a Boise-based holding company that includes Idaho Power, a regulated electric utility serving Idaho and Oregon. On Sept. 18, IDACORP President and CEO Lisa Grow said, “We expect our capital expenditures will remain elevated for the foreseeable future, reflective of infrastructure development to meet continuing customer and load growth.”
