SITE Centers Corp. (NYSE: SITC) declared a $3-per-share special cash distribution after selling its interests in the Dividend Trust Portfolio joint venture for about $32.4 million in net proceeds.

SITE Centers shares climbed 11% in after-hours trading Thursday, Oct. 15.
