JPMorgan Chase & Co. declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2844 per share for its 4.55 DEP PFD JJ shares. Payment is scheduled for Dec. 1.

Shareholders of record Nov. 2 are eligible for the dividend. Nov. 2 is also the ex-dividend date.
