The record date is the close of business Oct. 30. The monthly distribution equals US$0.639 per unit on an annualized basis.
GO Residential owns and operates eight high-rise multifamily properties comprising 2,731 suites in New York. Its units trade as GO.U on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
