Azitra plans to combine every 10 shares of its common stock into one on Oct. 26, when the stock is scheduled to start split-adjusted trading on NYSE American.

The change is set to take effect at 12:01 a.m. ET Oct. 26 (04:01 UTC). Shares will trade under ticker AZTR on a split-adjusted basis, with CUSIP 05479L401.

The 1-for-10 ratio is projected to reduce issued common shares from 60,603,742 to about 6,060,374. Azitra’s disclosed share count was 60,603,742 outstanding as of Aug. 11, 2026.

In June, shareholders authorized the board to choose a reverse-split ratio between 1-for-2 and 1-for-30. Directors selected the 1-for-10 ratio on Oct. 14. Holders due fractional shares will receive a cash payment calculated using the split-adjusted average closing price across the five trading sessions preceding Oct. 26.

Azitra completed a 1-for-30 reverse split in July 2024 and a 1-for-6.66 split in August 2025. In May, the company identified a $0.22 average closing price from March 25 to April 24, 2026, as a listing concern and said it had received no notice of a minimum-price violation. Azitra announced in August that it had regained compliance with all NYSE American continued-listing standards.
