Ladder Capital Corp. (LADR) delivered $118.9 million in third-quarter revenue, $39.23 million above analyst estimates, while its non-GAAP earnings per share also came in ahead of forecasts.

Non-GAAP EPS was $0.35, topping the estimate by $0.02.
