Second-half revenue reached $87.1 million, up 6.6% from a year earlier, as the GAAP net loss attributable to shareholders grew to $13.3 million from $6.7 million. The unaudited six-month period ended June 30, 2026, and the results were released Oct. 16.

Revenue compared with $81.7 million in the six months ended June 30, 2025. The GAAP loss equaled $0.44 per basic and diluted share, versus $0.24 a year earlier. On a non-GAAP basis, the net loss attributable to shareholders was $11.6 million, or $0.39 per basic and diluted share, compared with $6.2 million, or $0.22 per share, in the prior-year period. The non-GAAP measure excludes share-based compensation expenses and goodwill impairment.

CLPS is listed on Nasdaq under the ticker CLPS and reports revenue across IT consulting, customized IT solutions, academic education and other services. It lists artificial intelligence, robotic process automation and Web3 among its investment areas, and unveiled a Web3-ready issuance platform during the fiscal year. The company did not provide revenue for that platform.

For all of fiscal 2026, audited revenue increased 4.7% to $172.2 million from $164.5 million. Net loss attributable to shareholders totaled $13.2 million, or $0.45 per basic and diluted share, compared with $7 million, or $0.26 per share, in fiscal 2025. The full-year figures cover a different reporting period from the unaudited six-month results.

For fiscal 2027, CLPS projected sales growth of about 5% to 10% and non-GAAP net income of about $3 million to $4 million. The outlook excludes material acquisitions or non-recurring transactions and is subject to exchange-rate effects.
