Tether and Titan Fund Back Saber Money’s Asia-Pacific and Gulf Expansion
The investment will support expansion, including local licensing and banking partnerships. Saber also plans to enter business payments but has not named target markets or a rollout schedule.

Tether and CMCC Global’s Titan Fund have invested in Saber Money as the stablecoin payments company plans to expand cross-border services across Asia-Pacific and the Gulf.
The investment will support expansion, including local licensing and banking partnerships. Saber also plans to strengthen existing payment routes. The investment amount and the investors’ ownership stakes were not disclosed.
Separately, Saber plans to expand into business payments, including supplier bills and international transfers for companies. A business payment can involve more than a stablecoin transfer: currency conversion, local banking access and compliance checks can also be part of the process.
Its payment volume grew more than sixfold over the past nine months, and it processes billions of dollars in payments across more than 40 countries. More than 90% of its payments are processed in under one minute.
Saber has not named the markets it plans to enter or set a timetable for the expansion.
