Evernorth Holdings Inc. named Ripple, Kraken, Coinbase and BitGo as partners for institutional strategies tied to its 473 million XRP treasury, with initial deployments planned for the fourth quarter of 2026.

The partnership agreements remain subject to closing conditions and required approvals. Evernorth announced the partnerships Wednesday, Oct. 14.

At the Oct. 9 closing of its business combination, Evernorth held about 473 million XRP and had raised roughly $300 million in gross cash before expenses. The transaction’s completion was covered in an earlier report on Evernorth’s XRP treasury merger.

Ripple contributed 126,791,458 XRP to Pathfinder Digital Assets LLC, which became an Evernorth subsidiary at closing. Pathfinder issued Ripple 18,139,927 Company Units in exchange. The units are generally exchangeable for Evernorth Class A common stock, subject to a 9.9% voting-power limit for Ripple and its affiliates.
