Wallets using referral codes pay 0.40%, while bonding-curve charges can total 1.70% before network costs. Program rules do not guarantee all app fees will go to users.

Pump.fun will charge a 0.45% platform fee on trades submitted through its website and mobile app from Oct. 17, adding a cost on top of existing pool fees while announcing plans to increase its Callout Rewards pool.

The platform fee is 0.45% for wallets without a referral code and 0.40% for those using another user’s code. It applies to trades through the web or mobile app, including a coin’s first purchase. The charge is collected in Solana (SOL) or USD Coin (USDC) and appears separately before a user confirms the trade.

On SOL- or USDC-paired bonding-curve trades, a separate 1.25% pool fee is split between creators (0.30%) and the protocol (0.95%). Without a referral code, listed Pump.fun charges total 1.70% before network costs. PumpSwap fees depend on market capitalization and range from 1.25% to 0.30%. The breakdown adds to TokenPost’s earlier coverage of Pump.fun’s app features, which include social trading and token launches.

Fees not paid to referrers are slated to increase Callout Rewards, and Pump.fun has promoted a limited-time fourfold referrer boost. Pump.fun co-founder Alon Cohen wrote, “All platform fees that do NOT go to referrals will go towards INCREASING the Callout Rewards pot. $300k/day is the baseline.”

The referral match is based on a qualifying new user’s first digital-asset purchase through an integrated provider, up to $50 or the purchase amount, whichever is lower. The new user and referrer may each earn up to that match amount. To qualify, the new user must complete five trading days within 10 days; rewards are released as those days are completed. A deposit alone does not qualify, and rewards are subject to review, eligibility rules and a program budget.

Pump entities retain fees not paid to referrers. The referral share can change, and the program can be modified or ended. The planned increase to Callout Rewards does not guarantee that every app fee will be distributed directly to users.
