Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev said the company had more than $350 billion in platform assets in the second quarter of 2026, as revenue topped $1.3 billion and net profit exceeded $573 million.

Tenev described a post-IPO reorganization after the company’s share price fell sharply. Robinhood cut staff, simplified its management structure and gave business leaders more decision-making authority, he said.

The company also expanded services for active traders and added high-yield accounts, retirement and banking services, wealth management and credit cards. Tenev said subscriptions such as Robinhood Gold were intended to provide recurring revenue and reduce reliance on speculative trading activity.

Robinhood reached GAAP profitability at the end of 2023, Tenev said. Its 2025 revenue was $4.5 billion, up more than 50% from the previous year. Tenev also said the company’s market capitalization exceeded $100 billion and that it joined the S&P 500.
