Pineapple Financial launched Pentiv, a mortgage intelligence platform for brokerages, on Oct. 15, while a separate Injective project had put records representing more than $1 billion in mortgage loans onchain by Sept. 4. The launch adds a brokerage software offering alongside the company’s ongoing mortgage-record migration.

Pentiv is designed to work with brokerages’ existing systems and reach customers outside Pineapple Financial’s own network. Its first two tools, the Recruitment Agent and Alternative Mortgage Renewal Agent, are already in use within Pineapple+. The platform launch and the mortgage-record migration are separate initiatives within the company’s broader strategy.

The Injective records are linked to existing mortgage loan files. The mortgages remain under their current legal and servicing arrangements, and the records do not represent newly issued mortgage securities. The dollar value refers to the loans associated with the records, rather than new securities. Pineapple Financial’s mortgage-record migration is a separate initiative.

There were 2,079 mortgage records on Injective as of Sept. 4, up from 1,259 when the migration began in December 2025. The count tracks records moved onto the network; the associated loan value is a separate measure. Pineapple Financial’s stated target is to move records for more than 29,000 mortgages valued at more than $10 billion onto Injective.

The company’s treasury strategy is another separate part of its Injective relationship. Pineapple Financial raised approximately $100 million in a 2025 private placement for a digital asset treasury strategy whose planned principal holding is Injective (INJ), the network’s native token. That financing amount is distinct from the value of mortgage loans represented by the onchain records.

Pineapple Financial’s legal name change to Pentiv Inc. still requires shareholder approval. Its shares trade as PAPL on NYSE American, with a change to the PTIV ticker expected on or about Oct. 26.
