Pacific Meta Adds Chainlink Compliance Engine to Its Marketplace
The partnership also names Chainlink’s CCIP as Pacific Meta’s preferred cross-chain solution and covers institutional tokenization, digital identity and onchain trust.

Pacific Meta, Inc. has added Chainlink’s Automated Compliance Engine to its marketplace, giving the Tokyo-based company a compliance offering alongside a partnership focused on institutional tokenization and identity infrastructure in Japan.
Pacific Meta and Chainlink Labs announced the strategic partnership Oct. 16. Pacific Meta also named Chainlink’s Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) its preferred solution for moving data, messages and tokens between blockchains. The companies’ work covers market development, institutional deployments, digital identity, automated compliance and onchain trust infrastructure.
The partnership’s stated work includes institutional deployments, digital identity and compliance.
“Japanese institutions are moving quickly toward tokenized finance,” said Andy Hung, Pacific Meta’s head of alliance.
The companies’ CCIP selection had been covered earlier; the marketplace listing adds a new element to the partnership. The agreement identifies no financial institution or tokenized asset for a deployment, names no connected blockchains and gives no deployment date.
Separately, MUFG Bank, Ltd., Mizuho Bank, Ltd., Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation, and TISI Inc. conducted a stablecoin and cross-border payments proof of concept from July 17-23, 2026. The test covered stablecoin issuance, transfer and redemption, including payments between Mitsubishi Corporation’s Japanese and overseas locations. The participants planned further work toward practical implementation. The bank project is separate from the Pacific Meta and Chainlink partnership.
