Upbit plans to open CT trading in three markets on Oct. 19, giving users of the South Korean exchange routes against the won, BTC and USDT.

Trading is scheduled to start at 5 a.m. ET (09:00 UTC) Monday, Oct. 19, which is 6 p.m. local time in South Korea. The planned pairs are CT/KRW, CT/BTC and CT/USDT.

Each pair matches CT with a different asset, which serves as the unit used to express CT’s price in that market. The won market uses South Korea’s currency; the BTC and USDT markets use those crypto assets. Together, the three routes give CT traders one local-currency market and two crypto markets on the same exchange.

The Oct. 19 schedule adds an expected opening time to Upbit’s planned CT markets against the won, BTC and USDT.
