EquipmentShare.com Inc (EQPT) raised its 2026 revenue and adjusted Core EBITDA forecasts Monday, projecting faster rental business growth as the construction equipment company prepares to release third-quarter results.

The company now expects full-year revenue of $5.808 billion to $6.045 billion, up from the $5.254 billion to $5.682 billion range it set on July 9. Its rental segment revenue growth forecast rose to 43% at the midpoint from 33%.

EquipmentShare also lifted its adjusted Core EBITDA forecast to $2.136 billion to $2.224 billion from $1.946 billion to $2.058 billion. Adjusted Core EBITDA is a non-GAAP measure. The company kept its year-end target at 427 to 435 full-service rental locations.

“We are raising our full-year outlook, reflecting strong customer demand and high utilization of the fleet across our network,” founder and CEO Jabbok Schlacks said. EquipmentShare plans to provide actual third-quarter results on its earnings call.
