Parabilis Medicines will present updated Phase 1/2 zolucatetide data at the Oct. 24 European Society for Medical Oncology Congress, with dose-optimization findings intended to help select dosing for a planned Phase 3 desmoid tumor trial.

The results reflect a June 22 data cutoff and span both the study’s dose-escalation and dose-optimization stages. The dose-optimization findings are intended to help determine a dose and treatment schedule for the planned Phase 3 study.

The presentation is part of a sarcoma session scheduled for 8:45 to 10:15 a.m. ET (12:45 to 14:15 UTC) in Madrid. Parabilis also plans to host an investor webcast about the data at noon ET (16:00 UTC).

Zolucatetide is an investigational drug designed to disrupt the interaction between β-catenin and T-cell factor, which is linked to desmoid tumor biology. Desmoid tumors are connective-tissue growths that can invade nearby soft tissue.
